TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

2. Products and Prices

  • Product Descriptions: All products offered (records, merchandise, publications) are described as accurately as possible. Colors or packaging may vary slightly depending on display settings or physical manufacturing batches.
  • Pricing: All prices displayed on the Website are in Euros (€) and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) for European Union sales, unless stated otherwise.
  • Price Changes: Prices are subject to change at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3. Purchasing Process and Payment

  1. Ordering: To place an order, the Customer must select the desired products, add them to the shopping cart, and complete the checkout process by providing shipping and billing details.
  2. Order Confirmation: Once the purchase is completed, an automated email confirming receipt of the order and its details will be sent to the Customer.
  3. Payment Methods: We accept payments via Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Bank Transfer. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination country of the shipment.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only:
    • Domestic shipments (Spain): 5-7 business days.
    • International shipments: 7–15 business days.
  • Customs and Import Taxes: For orders shipped outside the European Union (or to territories with special tax regimes such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla), the Customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local administrative fees incurred upon arrival.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

In accordance with Spanish Consumer Law, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day the Customer (or a designated third party) receives physical possession of the products.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal:

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify us of their decision via email at shop [at] arculamystica.com before the 14-day period expires.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging (unopened vinyl records or CDs with original shrink-wrap, unworn garments, etc.).
  • The Customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a full refund of the product purchase price (excluding any extra express shipping fees chosen by the Customer) will be issued using the original payment method within 14 calendar days.

6. Legal Guarantee and Defective Products

All physical products purchased on this Website are covered by the 3-year statutory legal guarantee established by Spanish law for new products.

  • If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the Customer must notify us within a reasonable time (preferably within 48 hours of receipt) at shop [at] arculamystica.com with photos of the damage.
  • In case of a defective or wrong item, we will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund (including return shipping costs) at no charge to the Customer.

7. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.
